9. Kalisto - 83

Look at that Salida Del Sol through a ladder from TLC and tell me that was done by a man who should be rated 83... WWE have their next Rey Mysterio with Kalisto and should be looking to push him like the two-time WWE World Champion Mexican great in the coming year. Kalisto is a victim of timing here. He and Sin Cara as the Lucha Dragons were introduced to the world on the RAW after WrestleMania XXXI, meaning that 2K couldn't give him anything too high - despite his obvious prowess. 2K and WWE would have been well into the development of their new game and would have only had The Lucha Dragons' work from NXT and sporadic Superstars appearances to work off. Given what the team has done over the last nine months they should be higher, with Kalisto receiving the bigger increase in rating of the two. Don't be surprised if he is THE breakout star of 2016 in WWE.
