Yes, we're all aware that WWE and its PG rating means there isn't room for blood in the modern day product. But here's a suggestion that would engage a whole demographic of bewildered WWE gamers. 2K Sports should release a 16+ version of their wrestling game that includes blood and other popular facets of wrestling's past. Blood first appeared on WWE games back in 2003 with Here Comes The Pain, the game that many fans see as the best in the history of the WWE titles. Why doesn't 2K make that bit more of an effort and add more facets to the games rather than striping it almost completely bare. It's clear that WWE and 2K has made a conscious effort to make the game more realistic, so why not include one of the things that gave WWE a heightened sense of legitimacy when it was used.
