YES! You can now attack your opponent while they're making their way to the ring. All you need to do is hit X (or A) when the button appears to launch an attack. It seems to appear after your opponents initial pose at the top of the ramp has come to its conclusion, and stays on all the way through their ring-walk. If you're attacking a champion, their belt is supposed to fly off their midriff and become available to use as a weapon. Remember, the bell hasn't rang yet so technically it is legal to use. The only downside to this feature is the transition that plays out when your opponent takes their ring walk attire off. The camera pans to the crowd for a split second and when it returns to the ring, their jacket or whatever they were wearing down the ramp has magically disappeared. That minor complaint aside, this looks to be the feature we've all desired for so very long.
