9. Changes To MyCareer
This year, MyCareer "will give players the ability to fight their way from the developmental ranks of NXT all the way into the WWE Hall of Fame. In addition, they will train, compete against others, conduct personality-driven interviews, interfere with rivals and/or form the ultimate tag team." It's a more organic offering compared to last year's game which is exactly what the doctor ordered. Your created Superstar will make decisions along the way in backstage interviews and the like, which will see them launched into particular feuds and even forge the most fanciful of tag teams. It's the type of career mode that we used to see back in the old SmackDown games. We're in for a much more compelling and long lasting mode compared to last year where in my own experience at least, despite winning every single match I had, Vickie Guerrero and Triple H had "nothing for me this week" until I was suddenly shunted into the main event of WrestleMania XXX before everything came to an end quicker than it started.
