3. Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan is still banished from the WWE Universe. Even though he managed to win his trail against Gawker, Vince McMahon hasn't welcomed him back onto WWE programming just yet.
At the start of the year, many expected a win for Hogan would have triggered a reaction from WWE. After all, a return for the Hulkster after all that's gone on just screams money. That hasn't come to fruition yet and seemingly doesn't look like it will any time soon.
Until the dust settles on the Gawker battle, and The Hulkster - who was the featured star of WWE 2K15 remember - has been reintegrated back into the WWE Universe, he won't be included in a 2K game.
A few generations of Hulkamaniacs are set to remain disappointed...
