Despite being away WWE since February last year, Rey Mysterio's popularity among fans still hasn't faded too much. He was on the top 20 list last year too, and that's probably why WWE always attempt to seek the Latin dollar in their product.
He may return at some point, but at least CAWs allow fans to play him before his inevitable Legends contract brings him back into the game in future years. His 2011 Royal Rumble gear wins of all of the available variants.
