Long-time WWE fringe player Kendrick might have been at the company while the scanning was going on, but he wouldn't have been considered as a trainer for proper scanning.
His status obviously changed with the arrival of the Cruiserweight Classic and Division and his push to the top of the title picture, but it all came too late for inclusion.
