Despite not looking as close to TJ Perkins as the other custom creation on this chart, this over-powered Perkins wins on account of the up-to-date ring-gear from his Clash Of Champions debut. It's a massive shame you can't get his own entrance in there, but the gear looks pretty impressive.
That overall rating is definitely too high though.
