Can you see a trend forming now? Since 2K have already done the legwork on so many legends' models, I'm expecting to see all of the bigger names make their return in the new game.

9. Vader

There's still a chance Vader could be in the WWE Hall of Fame this year... If he is, then expect the chances of him making the cut for this year's WWE game heightened.

8. British Bulldog

Just like Macho Man and Warrior, just one of those names that must be in anything WWE related it can be.

7. Christian

Even though it hasn't officially been announced, it looks like the former Captain Charisma has retired from in-ring action. It's only right that he's included in a WWE game as part of the main roster for one more run...

6. Donald Trump

He's still a WWE Hall of Famer... Surely that means he's going to be a playable character in WWE 2K17, right? You know, like Arnie was in last year's game...

5. Austin Aries

Sure to be one of the bigger attractions on the NXT roster during the coming year before taking the main roster by storm further down the line.

Even if WWE doesn't see him as a main roster star, the former TNA man will still be a face of NXT and is more than worthy of a place on the new game.

4 & 3. Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows

Balor Club. WrestleMania. Hell in a Cell. OH. MY. GOD.

Instantly one of the more sought after stables in the new game.

2. Shinsuke Nakamura

Debut scheduled for NXT TakeOver:Dallas and a main roster promotion surely secured after that.

I'm not sure who I'm more excited about for 2K17 - Styles or Nakamura...

1. Kurt Angle

Free agent, WWE return almost inevitable.

Just get him in the new game as soon as you can, 2K!
