WWE 2K17 Ultimate Wishlist: 10 Features It Must Include
10. Compelling Commentary
First of all let's have JBL removed from WWE 2K17, as it was clear for all to see that he was an afterthought in 2K16. The bulk of the interactions still took place between Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler, with Bradshaw offering very little. Let's have something necessary and potentially game changing replace him. Despite a lot more work than normal going into 2K16's commentary, it was still rubbish. Cole revealed that commentary work for the game began in December 2014, and that voice over lines had doubled from 2K15. He and Lawler had been going into the studio once every three to four weeks to record. I know it's a difficult skill to master with everything having to be pre-recorded, and this complaint isn't reserved for WWE games, but improvements in the delivery and subject area need to be made to the game's commentary.
