WWE 2K18: 10 Potential Game Modes It Must Have

4. NXT Mode

Let's face it, NXT just isn't as good as it used to be. After becoming a legitimate third brand in the backend of 2014 through to 2016, it really does feel like developmental once again. While there are a number of appealing stars currently plying their trade at Full Sail, at the moment they simply don't match up to the stars that have graduated in recent times. What better time, then, to remember the better times than now? The past is now? That's how it would be marketed, right?

A game chronicling the entire history of the yellow brand - game show aside - would probably outsell WWE 2K18 if they were released side-by-side. To think of the stellar storylines that have taken place in Orlando in recent times is mind boggling, so much so that like the proposed Undertaker mode from earlier in this article there's too much ground to cover in one featured game mode.

Picking a smaller topic area to cover would be easier. As we all know, a DVD looking at the greatest matches in NXT history is already out there, so maybe the genesis of the Four Horsewomen would be the most popular way to go. Another timely mode would see the history of each title detailed after new designs for each belt were revealed at TakeOver:Orlando.

Making our way from Rollins all the way through to Roode, for example, would be epic.
