A recent Table For 3 episode that aired on the WWE Network included fellow Nation of Domination members Ron Simmons, Mark Henry, and Charles Wright. The trio discussed their time spent developing the late '90s faction and reminisced about the heat this controversial group experienced.

The episode reminded fans of the important role the NOD played on weekly WWE television, but all three men would go on to leave this radical stable, evolving their characters in the process. Henry and Wright's most successful personas made it to the release of WWE 2K17 in the World's Strongest Man and The Godfather (as well as Papa Shango), respectively. However, the leader of the group in Simmons' Faarooq was curiously left out.

In fact, it's been several years since Ron Simmons has officially appeared in the 2K line of video games under any of his characters (Gladiator Faarooq Asad, NOD Faarooq, or APA Faarooq). Considering the former NCAA All-American's history and current relationship with WWE, expect that to change for 2K18.
