What a frustrating year it's been for Finn Balor. Crowned the first ever WWE Universal Champion, The Demon King was forced to relinquish the title the very next night before spending eight months on the shelf.

Who knows what Finn's rating, and standing in the company as a whole would look like if he didn't have to give up his title. Since he did, and since he hasn't exactly hit the ground running since his return finding himself in a rivalry with Elias Samson of all people, we shouldn't expect his rating to change at all.
