7. Summer Rae

After a year or so on the injured list, Summer Rae was finally released from her WWE contract in October 2017. That was hardly a disaster. Rae never showed much improvement in the ring, and her last major storyline (that horrible relationship with Rusev) was a disaster that showed she didn't hold much sway with fans as a character either.

2K18 will mark her final appearance in a WWE video game for the foreseeable future.

At 34 years of age, Summer is unlikely to have another stab at becoming a top-level female star in WWE. Although that doesn't mean she won't return to the company somewhere down the line, it does mean she's on the outside looking in this year. That means no 2K19 roster slot and no cushy royalty check from 2K.
