WWE 2K19: 10 Potential Game Modes It Must Have

6. A Proper WWE Superstar Career

Failing the inclusion of a mode that concentrates solely on NXT or lets players live out their violent, Braun Strowman-related fantasies, it's high-time 2K realised that a proper WWE Superstar Career Mode is long overdue.

Why was this taken out in the first place? It'd be like EA suddenly deciding that nobody wants to play as real-life teams in FIFA and forcing gamers to create their own instead. Having that option is cool, but it's also a lot of fun to live vicariously through the stars we see each week on television.

Why is that so hard to grasp?

Taking control of AJ Styles, for example, and experiencing stories from his perspective (rather than your own CAW) is something that seems like a glaring omission from recent WWE video games. 2K can't pretend Universe offers the same satisfaction; watching the same cut scenes over and over in place of actual storytelling is a bum deal.
