WWE 2K19: 10 Things You NEED To Do First
10. Play Daniel Bryan's Showcase
It'd be impossible to start anywhere else other than Daniel Bryan's heavily-hyped Showcase.
2K's announcement that the much-loved mode would make a comeback was greeted with cheers from the series' fanbase. Showcase was noticeably absent from both 2K17 and 2K18, and it's still a source of confusion why the developers did away with it in the first place. That Steve Austin retrospective in 2K16 was bloody great.
In 2K19, players will get to grips with Bryan's entire WWE career. That includes a Velocity match with John Cena from 2003 and some of his other big moments. Winning the WWE Title at WrestleMania XXX and his recent in-ring return at 'Mania 34 will be standouts.
There will be tons of gamers jumping straight into Showcase, and why not? The mode should provide loads of unlockables that can be used elsewhere, and it'll be nice to slip back into that objective-based match style Showcase is known for.
