WWE 2K19: 10 Ways To Save Universe Mode

1. Tap Into History

We get that WWE want 2K to focus on the current product, we really do. The thing is, they can do that and still reward older wrestling fans for sticking with the series so long.

Why include so many classic superstars and old-school arenas/title belts without putting them into practice in their own Universe Mode? Rather than seeing Sting '99 or Steve Austin mix it with the stars of today in fantasy matches, it'd be joyous to be put in charge of timeless moments and legends in both WCW and the WWF; imagine playing a full calendar of Nitro and Thunder in one Universe, and the Attitude Era in another?

2K might want to consider adding a Classic Universe Mode to 2K19 that's already preset and doesn't require the patience of a saint to painstakingly customise. By doing so, they'd also open up the much-maligned feature to countless hours of history available to fans (young and old) on the WWE Network and encourage those people to create their own.
