WWE 2K19: 10 Wrestlers 2K Should Showcase Next

2. John Cena

Up until a few years ago, John Cena was the hardest-working man not named Vince McMahon in WWE. After years of never knocking back any appearance requested of him, Cena deserves endless credit for putting the company first even when he knew he'd be booed out of the building or hit with "You Can't Wrestle" chants.

Before the likes of AJ Styles, The Miz and countless other modern-day heroes get a look in at Showcase, ol' JC belongs there first.

His 17 World Title wins would pin down his career retrospective, and 2K may even be able to get further mileage out of his bizarre relationship with fans. Pre-Roman Reigns, there wasn't a wrestler in the company who split fan opinion like Cena, and he's excelled in spite of adults everywhere questioning his abilities or turning up a nose at his childish presentation.

Through all that, Cena has good matches with Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, JBL, Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, Triple H, The Rock, CM Punk (ahem) and AJ Styles. By now, 2K should feel obliged to Showcase the one-time poster boy for WWE.
