WWE 2K19: Predicting 10 Legends Who Could Appear

9. Dean Malenko

Last Appearance: You'd have to trudge back through the archives to 2001's SmackDown: Just Bring It for the last time "Stinko Malenko" (Chris Jericho's pet name for him) was included on the roster for a WWE video game. 17 years is just too long for someone who (in WCW, at least) was a seasoned Cruiserweight campaigner.

Why He's Likely: Dean's father, Boris Malenko, was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame as part of the ceremonies before WrestleMania 34. The family name is topical because of that, and it'd be a nice tribute to Boris' life if his hard-working, and totally under-rated, boy was on the roster.

It might be a step too far to stick Boris on there too, so Dean is a nice compromise. He bridges the gap between Malenko of old and a younger generation who have been exposed to his blistering Cruiserweight Title battles on the WWE Network.

The "Ice Man" cometh.
