Setting everything up to your own personal tastes in Universe Mode can be a bit time-consuming. The game is always dated when it releases too, meaning changing Becky Lynch and Braun Strowman over onto the heel side (for example) will be a manual process. Then, there's the task of deciding who belongs to which brand before playing a match or two.

This can be frustrating when you get bored and want to kick off a new Universe. Having to go through and do the same things over and over again can be a brain-cell-destroying chore. That's why it's great 2K have developed 'Superstar Save Profiles'.

These things could be a lifesaver and put less emphasis on setting up rather than playing.

For the first time, you'll be given the option of carrying over save states for every character on the roster when starting a new Universe. The big upside to this is that the whole thing won't reset back to factory default, and it'll prevent boring repetition.

A small change, but a deceptively important one.
