WWE 2K22: 10 Confirmed Changes You Need To Know About

1. The Graphics

2K22 has graphics that don't look like a homage to WCW Backstage Assault.

That's higher praise than it sounds, because 2K20 looked dreadful. Even major stars like Roman Reigns and The Rock were remodelled terribly, and it all looked so rushed. 2K's art department has worked tirelessly to improve things like hair, eyes and general textures for 2K22 - it shows.

Granted, Edge's eyes are a little bit crossed during his entrance routine, but that can be ironed out. Roman Reigns, the majestic bastard that he is, looks resplendent, and it's worth noting the level of detail during Goldberg's ramp posing too.

The pyro and smoke behind him is higher-res, and the "state of the art" lighting engine 2K uses genuinely gives everything a better finish. Here's hoping things look this good in-ring when matches are at full flow. Speaking of "flow", 2K weren't lying when they said they'd been working on hair mechanics.

Even Goldberg's goatee looks realistic.
