Seth Rollins isn't quite the main event powerhouse he was back in 2019. That year, when 2K20 was released, he was headlining pay-per-views and riding high as Universal Champion. In 2021, he's much more of a cartoonish heel than anything, and that's why he's falling by a single, solitary point.
