WWE adores Dwayne Johnson. They love him so much, in fact, that his modern-day model received a massive 93 overall in 2K20. Don't expect that to change for the sake of it in the next release (let's hope the artists working on his character don't wing it like they did last time too).
This is The Rock we're talking about - he's always going to be one of the best in these games.
Raising him any higher than 93 would put pressure on 2K to dive into silliness with other workers though. Rocky hasn't done anything meaningful in WWE circles since 2K20 came out, so he shouldn't go up nor down this year.
He can be 2K's 'Mr. Consistent'.
