WWE 2K22 Wishlist: 10 Things Fans NEED To See

2. A Serious Sim Mode

Almost every WWE 2K22 wishlist has something about GM Mode in it. That's understandable, and it would rock to see a sim-style mode in the next game. Note the wording there: "SIM-STYLE MODE". As in, not just a lift of the GM suite from SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 - that could feel old hat these days.

Countless Reddit threads are dedicated to exploring the possibility of actually running the day-to-day business of WWE. That, at least on the surface, sounds more appealing than a modded mode from 13 years ago. In this brave new world, players could control ticket prices, merchandise, sift through the ratings to breakdown quarter hours and more.

Too in-depth? You'd be able to customise your game world if certain aspects of management don't sound fun. Sim-lovers, meanwhile, would be hands-on with touring schedules, and their booking would have an impact on attendance, sponsorships and more.

This is the kind of immersion that WWE video games need.
