First though, it's perennial job guy and ex-24/7 Title comedy act Akira Tozawa.
Tozawa has talent, but he's never going to be taken that seriously in WWE's world - that's especially true after years of being a walking cartoon character/stereotype. It says everything for Akira's standing on the roster that even a mid-70s rating seems too mighty for him.
This year, Tozawa will tumble to a 71 overall. There's just no way 2K's developers could justify anything higher. It's important that WWE's own booking (good or bad) is used to determine who gets what kind of number on-disc.
