Previously called Pins, Groups does exactly what it promises and lets you group games and apps together in any order you like. It makes finding your frequently played games and apps a breeze.

Each group can be named, rearranged, and pinned to the dashboard. Groups are basically easily accessible folders that you can minutely manage. They’re best used for accessing regularly played titles or apps without having to search through your game library, and can be sorted whatever way you want. Such as grouping all your Rockstar games together, games you’ve stopped playing but want to go back to, or games leaving Game Pass soon.

To create a new group, press the Xbox Home button, then select My Games & Apps, and then click ‘create new group’ near the bottom of the tab. You can then choose what you would like in the group, but there’s no need to worry if you forget to add something, as you can add and change anything you want later.

Pinning a group to your dashboard is as easy as pressing the Xbox Home button again and selecting My Games & Apps, going to the Group you want pinned and then press the menu button. Just click Add to Home, and you have another quick way to access your favourite apps and games.
