10. Cut Down Trees To Cross Ravines & Lakes

Unless you dove across that initial ravine in the tutorial, you probably already know you can bridge gaps with tree trunks - providing they're cut into the right spot or rolled instead.

Atop that, a fallen tree can make for an excellent way to cross a stretch of water if your stamina won't hold.

Just use a sword to cut one down, roll it in and hop on. You can let the natural wind and/or current take hold, or bust out your Korok Leaf and waft your way towards a more specific destination.
