10 Music Easter Eggs You Never Realised Were In Famous Albums

2. Muse €“ Hullabaloo

Released in 2002, Hullabaloo (or Hullabaloo Soundtrack) is a compilation album by rock band Muse, showcasing a bunch of b-sides alongside an entire live performance.

What many people don't know about the album, though, is that it contains a hidden track €“ but not in the usual place. Upon inserting the album's second disc (the live show at Le Zenith, Paris) into a CD player, it's possible to rewind back to before track one (into what's known as the pregap, which is the portion of the CD that precedes the first track). Hidden away in this pregap is a sample of American musician Tom Waits reading a song titled What's He Building? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLdFrLsjv2U
