10 Notable Artists With Incomplete Catalogs On Spotify

6. Dr. Dre

Although considered an artistic masterpiece beyond selling millions of copies, Dr. Dre's The Chronic is filled with many uncleared samples; the first song alone samples The Honey Drippers, Solomon Burke, The Ohio Players, Jim Dandy, Gylan Kain, and Parliament.

In addition, The Chronic's original record label Death Row Records has been the subject of many legal disputes. In turn, songs like Let Me Ride, Nuthin' But A 'G' Thang, and B*tches Ain't S**t are not available for your streaming enjoyment.

Dre's The Chronic is not available for streaming. The Compton soundtrack by Dre is also missing. 2015 album Compton is also missing. Featuring collaborations with Snoop Dogg, The Game, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Jill Scott, Xzibit, and Anderson .Paak, Compton is a star-studded affair. It was album Dre's first album since 2001, which came out in 1999.

But the legacy of Dr. Dre is otherwise well-represented on Spotify. Dre's work as a producer can still be heard, as he had produced for the likes of Mary J. Blige, Blackstreet, Tupac Shakur, J.J. Fad, Rakim, Kurupt, and Xzibit, beyond collaborating with proteges of his like Eminem, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, G-Unit, and The Game. In addition, his N.W.A.-era work is on Spotify.
