Another constant in the career of Cavalera is his aggressive stance on the indecencies in the world, particularly in the field of politics. Whether it be with the controversial front cover of Nailbomb's Point Blank or the various injustices and violence lamenting of Cavalera Conspiracy's Blunt Force Trauma, he certainly has a lot to say when it comes to political unrest.
This can be traced back to the early beginnings of Sepultura particularly on the incredible Chaos A.D. Cavalera further cemented this in an interview by stating "Sepultura had a political album like Chaos A.D. that concerned itself with politics and war. I continued that in some areas with Soulfly...". He certainly wasn't overstating it either.
Some of his best work is when he rails against social problems and that is one thing that is unlikely to change anytime soon for both Cavalera and sadly, society as a whole.
