21 Most Replayable Rock Albums Of All Time

12. Boston - (Self-Titled)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCCwfc3NUsI Although they wouldn't ever be able to top it and even now remain known mostly as a 'one-hit-wonder' band with More Than A Feeling, Boston's debut album is a cracking selection of tracks that are both a symbol of their time and yet aren't too cheesy or steeped in bad production quality to stop them from reaching wider audiences. Before the 80's would come along and take the likes of this 1976 masterpiece to their inevitable overblown conclusion, Boston's debut is one of the most solidly replayable collection of songs ever committed to record. When the very first song on your debut album is More Than A Feeling, it sets a incredibly high precedent for all subsequent tracks, but luckily Boston had up their sleeve the likes of Smokin' (which received a righteous resurrection of sorts thanks to GTA: San Andreas) and the Rush-tinged Foreplay/Long Time (a track far more experimental composition-wise that any of their contemporaries were doing at the time). It's impossible to get sick of: Anything. It just doesn't let up for a second, launching out of the gates on a flame-hoofed stallion of a single and roaring through the finish line with the likes of Peace of Mind and Something About You keeping jaws bolted to the floor forevermore.
