6. Am I Savage?
There's a distinctly blues rock feel to this one, and it plays superbly even if the song perhaps sticks out a little contextually. The intro is gorgeous, the main riff is fairy simple but chunky and groovy, and some of Hetfield's best vocals show up on this one, especially in the chorus.
It falls a little short of being among the very best tracks on the album, but it packs plenty of diversity (with some killer work from Kirk near the end), and is just an incredibly catchy, rock solid 'Tallica tune.
Expect this one to be a lot of fun when played live.
