1. Bryan Cranston Was Briefly Wanted For Murder
Bryan Cranston's episode of WTF was recorded in 2011, while Breaking Bad was still airing. He chatted with Maron about how he came to the role of Walter White and what led him to that point in his career. He also spoke about the time he was a suspect in the murder of a chef in Daytona Beach.
He detailed how he and his brother traveled across the States, picking up odd jobs in various towns and cities. One such job was in a restaurant in Daytona Beach. He admitted to disliking the chef and even joked with the waiting staff about killing him.
The chef actually wound up being murdered and, naturally, Cranston was tracked down by the police and made a suspect in the case. He doesn't explain quite what his alibi was, only that he proved his innocence and was let go.
