The sighting took place in Normandy, France, where the witness was sailing their yacht while enjoying the good weather. After noticing the strange dots, the witness was able to record the phenomenon using their iPhone. According to the witness, there were seven objects in total, with one slightly larger than the others that appeared to be leading the group.
