The Project:
Set to blaze a trail on PCs in a galaxy near you, Orion Trail is a detailed sci-fi adventure, with a geeked out sense of humour. We've all wanted to man the bridge at some point in our lives, and with this game players have the chance to fulfil this dream by picking a crew and heading out into the outer reaches, clueless as to what will cross their bows. The game is all about making choices, with each crew member boasting an individual skill - gunners are great for a space dust up, while diplomat's are better for those tricky negotations with brainy aliens - of which will see them conquer the game's many random encounters. Throw in the task of managing your ship's resources, such as food, fuel and a delicate hull, and Orion Trail has gleaming potential to keep you busy for hours.
Who's Behind It?
Orion Trail is a product of Schell Games, an indie studio from Pittsburgh, Penslyvania. Among the PC and handheld games they've crafted, Schell has also rolled out a variety of theme park attractions across the US.
