10. You Ringing + Me Ringing = Call Cancelling Out
Carnival FilmsWho calls who? You should really decide on that or... CLASH! You try and call, they also try and call, but do you think Skype realises "Yes, these two people want to talk"? No way! Both call attempts will clash and subsequently cancel the whole thing out. It's very easy to spend a whole evening attempting to call through to someone successfully. Always nominate a caller in future or it will be like running into each other and head butting repeatedly.
9. Skype Saves The Day With... A Really Bad Update
Universal PicturesBelieve it or not, Skype does try and attempt to solve the glitches and technical issues with its regular updates and versions. The sad news is the only differences are: 1) Skype looks a bit different to normal and you have no idea where everything is, and 2) All the problems you had haven't been solved, but made ten times worse PLUS new problems are created! 8. "Pardon? Say Again? Gah! Sorry! Once More?"
DisneyVolume levels can very randomly drop during a call, or other problems mean you can't hear what they are saying or they can't hear you. It's like having your great grandmother over for tea: Constantly repeating yourself and always being misheard. Even when you said something absolutely nothing like what they hear. "Can you hear me now?" "HOW DARE YOU CALL ME A FAT PIG!!"
