It's true; you do love at least one bit of Next. And it's the home section. The products, ranging from kitchen and bathroom to bedroom and lounge, are glamorous, sophisticated, and good quality. While you might not find yourself picking up a pair of Next dungarees anytime soon, you can't say the same for the home section because there's certainly a matching pair of tweed cushions with foxes on that have caught your eye. The thing is, the home section's pretty pricey, even with your forgotten staff discount. So you rarely find yourself buying anything, and instead, on quiet Monday mornings, slump over the tills in despair and gaze mournfully at the stag wall mounts and wooden hat stands quietly crying with want.
I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
