14. President Clinton Controversially Pardoned His Half-Brother, Roger Jr, Who Had Served A Year In Prison For Cocaine Possession

Roger Clinton Jr, Bill's half-brother, was pardoned during his sibling's last day in office in one of the most controversial presidential pardons in history. The singer and actor - best known for his appearances in Sabrina, The Teenage Witch and for voicing President Clinton in an episode of Blues Brothers: The Animated Series - served a year in prison in 1985 after being convicted of possessing cocaine. However, on the morning of January 20, 2001 - before Bill Clinton handed over the White House to George W Bush - he pardoned his half-brother in order to have his criminal record expunged from history.
