3. Say Farewell To An Ogre Friend

As one new attraction opens, another is about to close its doors.

Shrek 4-D, one of the first attractions to greet you as you enter Universal Studios Florida, will be permanently shutting.

Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona will be packing their bags and putting away all the OgreVision glasses soon to make way for something new.

As of yet, we don't know what will be finding a home at their Avenue of the Stars location but it will be sad to say goodbye to some of our favourite Dreamworks characters after 17 years.

Shrek’s Ye Olde Souvenir Shoppe will also be shutting up shop when the attraction closes, but the good news is that Donkey's meet-and-greet will remain open.

There's just enough time for Brits to get one last experience of Shrek 4-D as it's not set to close until 10th January 2022.
