4. Drunken Unscrewing

Everybody does stupid things when they get drunk. Some people climb dangerous structures, some people make questionable romantic decisions, some almost burn the house down making toast, and some people attempt to remove the metal structures holding their ankle together.

One unnamed drunkard embarked on this last one after having to have his ankle screwed back together due to an injury he sustained whilst drunk ... again. After some time with the metal screws in his ankle, they became increasingly uncomfortable and was put on the waiting list to have them taken out.

This was, apparently, taking longer than anticipated however, and one night took five shots (which, in this author's opinion, is not nearly enough for what comes next), sterilise a pocketknife, an allen key and a sewing needle in some boiling water, and sliced his ankle open. He was, amazingly, able to remove five of the six screws, but got stuck on the last one and had to stay on that pesky waiting list anyway.
