Seductions of both women were said to take place in taxis, a truly shocking detail about a man so publicly dedicated to his city's transport system (too good to cheat on your wife on the tube, Boris?). Despite the hit his career took following these scandals, yet another followed in 2009 when an art consultant he'd been sleeping with gave birth to a child and refused to confirm or deny that Boris was the father.
