Thanks to her Netflix special Baby Cobra, Ali Wong exploded onto the comedy scene, which took her already strong stand-up career and launched it into the stratosphere. From there, she went on to garner more success acting in projects like Always Be My Maybe, Tuca & Bertie and Birds of Prey. She's an incredibly impressive performer, even if you find her comedy a bit much.

There's something effortlessly charming about Wong, as her upbeat delivery contrasted with the explicit material she performs is incredibly hilarious. While she'd definitely need to tone it down for Brooklyn Nine-Nine - which is quite a family-friendly show - there's no reason to believe that her high energy wouldn't slide nicely into the show.

The writers would have plenty of things to do with her if they brought her into Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Wong's style of comedy is so versatile and relatable that it would be hard to root against her, so putting her on the side of the leads would make sense. Still, she's a very talented actor who could work in any position that she's placed in.
