5. Hugh Jackman €“ Scrubs

Every fibre of my being would love to see Dr. Cox come face to face with the second person he hates most in the world (the first being JD). In many of his rants, Dr. Cox will cite things that he hates most in the world, which almost always includes Hugh Jackman. Of the things Dr. Cox says he believes have absolutely no chance of happening, Hugh Jackman winning an Oscar is good enough to be the last word. His hatred for the actor has never really been explained, though John C. McGinley (who plays Cox) once suggested that it may be because Bill Lawrence (creator of the show) is jealous of Jackman's talent. Whatever the reason, fans of Scrubs were never given the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cox give Hugh Jackman the shiner he always dreamt of giving before the show ended in 2010. I would have especially loved to see him making an appearance after being nominated for an actual Oscar due to his performance in Les Miserables and losing. Knowing Lawrence, this would have probably made its way into one of JD's fantasies, but the movie didn't come out until some time after the show ended.
