10 Anime Series You Only Watch Once

7. The Lost Village

The Lost Village is the kind of series where the twist and turns the narrative takes will have you audibly sighing.

A bus full of people wishing to escape from society attempt to make a new home in a mysterious, hidden village where things are not at all as they seem.

While it does have its heart in the right place, mostly, the way it goes about dealing with its themes is so beyond the realm of sane that it becomes comically problematic to where you'll eventually find yourself laughing at things you really shouldn't.

The novelty eventually wears off though, and the only reasons you'll find yourself sticking around is because of the mystery or to see how deep the rabbit hole of lunacy goes.

You may sometime in the future want to share it with someone else so you can watch them recoil at its sheer stupidity, but besides that this isn't the type of series you'll want to sit through twice.
