10 Awesome Cartoons That Grown Ups Can Enjoy

3. Ugly Americans

Callie From Ugly Americans It would be tempting to unfairly dismiss Ugly Americans as an comically offensive trifle, but that would be a mistake. Created by Devin Clark and developed by David M. Stern, the series focuses on the life of Mark Lilly, a social worker employed by the Department of Integration, in an alternate reality version of New York City inhabited by zombies, demons, vampires, wizards, aliens and other freaks too numerous to outline. In every scene of the show the animation will put a very vibrant and amusing random character in the background just to add to the mood. The characters all work very well together. The humor is situational, crude and hilarious. Ugly Americans is not only hysterical--it is perhaps one of the most on-point and irreverent satires about immigration services in existence today. This show will make you want to write to Comedy Central immediately and demand more episodes.
