Another season four alum from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. If you don't know the name Pedro Pascal, you might be better acquainted with him as Oberyn Martell, who takes up the sword to defend Tyrion Lannister in trial by combat, and take on The Mountain to avenge his sister's death in HBO's Game of Thrones. Pascal is frankly unrecognizable in The Freshman, the very first episode of Buffy's fourth year, which sees the Slayer transitioning to college. He plays a fellow student, Eddie, who feels as lost as Buffy herself, and who keeps the novel Of Human Bondage near him at all times as a security blanket. Soon enough, he's vampire fodder - and becomes one himself. Since Buffy, Pascal (who was credited as Pedro Balmaceda) has had recurring roles in The Good Wife, Graceland, The Mentalist, Narcos, and, of course, Game of Thrones - making him very successful in series television.
