3. Walt Did Not Poison Brock
The Theory: The main reason that Jesse decides to flip on Walt and confess to Hank is that he believes that Walt poisoned Brock in order to manipulate him into killing Gus. Because the poisoning is never seen on screen, there is still a large amount of speculation as to who actually poisoned Brock. Was all of Jesse's rage towards Walt actually misplaced? Was It Possible: Possible, but not likely. Walter cares about Jesse, but he is not above manipulating him. The poisoning is never shown on screen, but the most likely candidate is Walt. It serves his purposes more than anyone else's. The fact that Saul gives Walt his ricin after the boy is poisoned would indicate that if Walt did not perform the deed, he at least ordered it (with Saul's help) in order to frame Gus and force Jesse into a confrontation with their boss.
