10 Creepiest Star Trek Aliens

3. The Vidiians

The Vidiians were first encountered by the U.S.S Voyager in the Star Trek: Voyager episode Phage. They were a humanoid species once known for their educational, intellectual, and artistic achievements until their people were attacked by a wasting disease they called the Phage.

After the Phage ravaged their society, fighting the virus became their full-time obsession. They harvested organs and biomatter from others to transplant into those suffering from the Phage. Harvesting organs even became a specialized profession.

The episode Faces illustrated how depraved and ruthless they could be in their pursuit of a cure. Sulan, a fanatical Vidiian surgeon, captured B'Elanna Torres and split her into her Klingon and human halves. Sulan used B'Elanna's Klingon half to test his theory that Klingons were immune to the disease

After B'Elanna told him that Klingon women were known for their voracious sexual appetites, an intrigued Sulan murdered B'Elanna's crew mate Durst and stole his face. Sulan then sewed it onto his own head in an effort to make himself more sexually appealing. Yeah, as a grand romantic gesture, that's probably a hard pass for most women.
