For a character who was meant to be a one-off as part of the background cast of Total Rickall, Mr Poopybutthole has become a beloved character who's gotten not only a story arc but some great moments to shine.

When it comes time for Rick to assemble a heist crew, he turns to old friends, including Mr (now Professor) Poopybutthole, who is teaching a course in African-American Women's Studies. During his first class his grad students inexplicably begin attacking him with various martial arts-based moves.

Suddenly, we realize that not only is Mr Poopybutthole an academic, he's also an ass-kicker, as he easily defeats multiple assailants using his cane as a weapon, much like something you'd see in a Kingsman movie. Invigorated, he joins Rick's crew.

Everything about this scene is great, from writing his catchphrase 'Oooweee' on the chalkboard like it's an important piece of information to the dapper suit he's wearing to the Matrix-like ease with which he dispatches his students.
