10 Massive TV Shows Nobody Is Watching

Speaking of big budget super-splurges in recent times, 2022 has brought with it the DCEU's first real TV venture, with James Gunn getting fully behind John Cena's bro-ey Captain America that is Peacemaker following on from his Suicide Squad bow.

But even with a name as recognisable as the former WWE star's and the Guardians of the Galaxy man leading the charge when it comes to writing duties, there's still no escaping the fact that Peacemaker doesn't feel quite as monumental as it should for what is, in essence, the DCEU's answer to Marvel Studios' recent Disney+ output.

And while some sources have already claimed that this well-received slice of typically bizarre Gunn fun is one of the most watched shows on the planet right now, the fact there's no real hard evidence at this time of precisely how many people are tuning into the HBO Max show still leaves more questions than answers over the actual size of its popularity at this time.

Simply put, the fact HBO Max boast a respectable 73.8 million subscribers in comparison to Disney+'s reported 118 million also means that Peacemaker simply isn't landing in as many households as the Marvel entries... for now.
